Russian farming conglomerate Rusagro said on Wednesday it had consolidated 100% of shares in pork producer Agro Belogorye.
The consolidation will allow Rusagro to become Russia's second-largest pork producer, the company said.
Rusagro acquired 22.5% shares in Agro Belogorye in 2019 and reported plans to acquire the entire company.
In autumn 2024, Rusagro's stake in Agro Belogorye increased to 47.5%.
